Homeless Project
Homelessness is the condition of individuals or families living without a safe, stable, and permanent place to call home. It often results from poverty, unemployment, family breakdown, health challenges, or unexpected crises, leaving people vulnerable and in need of care and support.
Al Rahmah International Foundation (RIF) is committed to restoring hope and dignity to homeless individuals through compassionate and sustainable humanitarian assistance guided by the values of Islam. Our Homeless Support Project provides essential aid, including nutritious meals, clean clothing, hygiene kits, blankets, and emergency necessities to those living on the streets or in temporary shelters. Beyond immediate relief, RIF collaborates with community partners and volunteers to connect beneficiaries with healthcare services, counselling, skills development, and employment opportunities that encourage long-term self-reliance.
The Foundation also raises public awareness about homelessness and promotes community involvement through volunteerism and charitable giving. By addressing both urgent needs and the underlying causes of homelessness, RIF seeks to empower vulnerable individuals to rebuild their lives, regain independence, and reintegrate into society with dignity, compassion, and renewed hope.
